  • Alright this one's personal, I recently had to put my dog down the whole experience with the vet was perfect they all had so much compassion and understanding. They gave me and my girlfriend all the time we needed with our buddy. This is where it gets bad and what really pissed me off after we had gotten home and we where looking at the paper work we noticed that they had spelled our little guys name wrong . We called right away and was told by some guy that he would make sure that he's name was spelled correctly. Well we got our buddies ashes back today and I have to say i was impressed with the packaging of our buddies ashes . The only thing that really made me upset not like we're already upset and emotional , they had not fixed the spelling of his name this was really heart breaking . We were told this would be fixed and it wasn't . So I give 5 stars for being compassion and being so understanding but I'd give 1 star for not following through with what we were told by some guy over the phone .
