  • One really rude cashier, I asked if she was able to call my insurance and find my insurance number (nicely) and she just stared at me...I said "I don't have my number because they never sent me a card" and she said "well we don't have it here!! Bye!" Really rudely. Short young girl with braids, didn't get her name. Luckily I got a nice pharm tech when I came back today. I think her name was Mary Beth. Then I had to come back again and my insurance finally called to Walgreens and got my stuff sorted. What a nightmare. Smith's is great I recommend it. Update: Went again today to find they still have my information wrong in the computer! My insurance called last time just so I could get my prescription...and my insurance said they fixed it in their system...I in today and it's still messed up! I asked the young pharmacy tech dude with the man bun if he could call my doctor and he goes, without care, "Weeellllll I have a lot of stuff to do soooo" excuse me??? So I wasn't able to my prescription today since its sunday and my insurance is closed! Switching to Smiths pharmacy asap on monday!
