I walked into the Store looking for yellow flowers. I saw 3 women chatting in the work area and another near the counter. Not one of them acknowledged my presence for at least 3 minutes. Then an older Lady came to the counter and asked what I wanted... As if I was interrupting her day... And when I asked for yellow flowers, she said,"we have daisies"... Very short and not paying attention to me. I said daisies wouldn't work and thought she would suggest another place i could find yellow flowers or apologize for not having what I wanted & ask if they could order some... But no, no inquiries... She didn't even ask what the yellow flowers were for... Had she asked, I would have told her that they were for my wedding... Since she had dismissed me with her rudeness, she was surprised to see me still standing there, expecting an improvement in customer service, instead she rudely said,"so you want daisies?!"... And I said,"no" and proceeded to leave without anyone thanking me for coming in and the 3 women chatting were oblivious to my presence. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and rude interaction I received. My wedding flowers will NOT be purchased from here and I suggest you reconsider if you hear otherwise. I have spent 20+ years in customer service and worked as a florist, so i am well aware of protocol and this place has no clue! My suggestion to them is retrain staff on customer service ASAP.
