Their automatic system sends you through the dryers so fast it almost might as well not. I didn't mind that. Their $25 a month plan includes a complimentary interior rag and a scent square, but their $15 a month doesn't. I was annoyed by that but didn't stress too much on that. When I learned I wasn't driving for Uber anymore and called to cancel, no way of getting there, and was ignored and called crazy on the phone by their staff, the whole thing just pissed me off.
I overlooked there being no visible difference in car wash quality between $15 and $25 dollars. The lack of cheap air freshener and wet rag was annoying, but still overlooked. And now this bullshit? If I didn't have to dry the car by hand no matter which plan I used, I might have given it two stars including being called crazy. Because apparently my choices are pay $15 a month forever or fly back from Omaha to cancel it in person.
The posts pointing out their awful customer service are spot on. Stay away from this place.
