  • I purchased a Janome sewing machine as a gift. This was my second Janome purchase at this store. The other day I purchased another NEW Janome as a gift for my wife. I paid cash for the machine and accessories. (NO TAX Mr. IRS), They told me they would have to get it in for me from another store. The next day they called and told me to pick it up. The machine came in a used box, opened and taped several times. It was a used machine. They claimed it was new. Total lie. Accessory items were missing from the order. They tried to give me a floor sample. I wanted a new one - not a dusty floor model. They said they would get me a new one. The next day they called me and said to pick it up, but it was the same crappy floor model put in a odd shaped box. They refused to give me a refund for the used stuff they sold me as NEW. I could have order a new machine online with free shipping for less money and less grief. I took the items and told the owner I would never shop here again. Do not trust anything these people say!!
