  • We called 2 days ahead to inquire about how busy Wednesday nights were because we wanted to bring by the family. We were told by an associate that Wednesday nights weren't busy, so we planned our outing. When we arrived, we were told all of the lanes were booked due to some league play. What!? BUT- after talking with the manager Tina, she was great and figured out a way to get us a lane! She was apologetic and very accommodating! We enjoyed some beers while we waited and she threw in a yummy cookie on the house for our 5 year old! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Tina!
