  • So I'm not Puerto Rican but I enjoy traveling to the island on vacation and have my favorite local joints there. Now I find out that this place re started in a new local in the valley. I had to try it out. The menu is filled with traditional PR cooking including sofrito ( mashed up plantains). I ordered the beef stew with the rice and gandules. The flavor was on point. Great prices and left full. Staff was delightful and answered questions in Spanish and English.
