  • Received first bill from this office. My wife was charged $42 for a pregnancy test. Apparently, they require you to leave a urine sample before ALLOWING you to go into the office for your procedure or appointment. They they do testing that is unauthorized and not requested. My wife had her tubes tied over a year ago (in her medical records at this office), so I am positive that this is another scam this office runs to get every cent they can from your insurance company.
