  • I've been a member at this gym for nearly 10 years. When it was Fitness Works and now it's Youfit. I stay because 1) it's close to home and 2) I love the Les Mills classes and 3) the instructors teaching the classes are AMAZING people! High energy and awesome at what they do. Plus they are down to earth and really care. It's sad that there are less BodyPump classes now and it's hard to find one that fits my schedule. There used to be 4:30pm classes but not anymore. Also, with all the improvements made to the gym and equipment it looks like they overlooked replacing the benches and risers used for BodyPump and BodyStep. Not so bad for Pump but in Step when they slide it's dangerous. Someone can get hurt and has. Not the first time I've brought this up but I guess they don't care or they're waiting for someone to really hurt themselves before they do anything. Which is very sad and disappointing! If it's me that gets hurt I will cause a major raucous. I've slipped a few times but luckily no injuries. I keep going for the classes because I do enjoy them a lot and the instructors keep me motivated.
