  • Starbucks is Starbucks but since this is on someone else's property I think things slip thru the training...first off it's located in the Premium Outlets. Very nice to have this place in the middle of an outdoor mall. It's more of a convenience to have this little "kiosk" building in this high traffic area! That friendly Starbucks training slipped through the fingers of the bitch'rista! If I say thank you to someone or hold the door open for someone and they don't say your welcome you're definitely gonna here it from me! If you hand me my drink in a pissed off manner you're also gonna here it from me...F her! The guy that took my order was your typical, well trained employee! Super friendly and super helpful to everybody...not just me! Just be aware for rudeness that may or may not come!
