  • I would give this place 6 stars if I could. This is a true butcher shop with some of the best meats in town, possibly the country. The steaks are insane, the quality rivals the best steakhouses and the selection is great. Until I found this place I was buying all my meats from AJ's, which I thought were great, but this place is multiple notches above their meat. I have tried their prime ribeye, ny strip, filet, bone-in ribeye, brisket, pork butt and bacon. I find myself not being able to eat any other meat. The best part of the store is the two owners. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will order or cut whatever you like. A true butcher experience. If you love great meat, this is the best find of your life......enjoy.....
