  • This is not a rating of Bob's merchandise or site appearance, but only of the service I received by his employees at the Post Office window today at 2:09. pm. The employees working at the windows need training in how to address customers. Attitude is everything, and today, they gave the appearance that they didn't like their jobs, and preferred to be somewhere else. A smile goes a long way; today they left their smiles at home.
