  • The person I spoke with in the service department was wonderful and helped me get my oil change scheduled. However, the person I spoke to in finance seemed confused, was unable to answer my questions, refused to look up my information and said the department was "too busy" to support my inquiries at the time. I did not purchase my Subaru from here, but if I was in the market again I definitely would not go here.
