  • Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced at a Drs office. The receptionist was curt, dismissive and snide. Perhaps your practice is so busy you don't need new patients? If that's the case then I still expect to be treated with repect and even referred to other providers in the area. If that's not the case, you may want to take a closer look at how your reception staff treats people.
