  • Every single time I come in herr I'm greeted with equal parts rudeness, incompetence, and indifference. I feel like they don't care if they actually help me or not. 1. First rep I asked for help didn't look up from his computer screen. 10 seconds later, got a reluctant 'sup...' 2. Uneducated rep in computer parts sold me the wrong RAM 3. Installer discovered that it was the wrong RAM, and took time to first argue with the rep before trying to help me. ...all this within 15 min! I sincerely despise coming in here
