  • The worst service I have ever recieved from a pharmacy. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and use an insulin pump. I have ordered the supplies for the pump from many pharmacies in the past, even though they rarely carry them in stock. The pharmacist at Rexall told me they don't carry the supplies at the store and refused to order them in for me. I have moved to the NW of Calgary, since I was evacuated from my apartment in Mission as a result of the flooding in June. I used to go to the Shoppers Drug Mart in Mission, but it has not reopened since the floods. The Rexall pharmacist was short with me when I asked about getting a few extra pills to hold me over while I wait to see my doctor, since my prescriptions are at a pharmacy that is not currently open. I will not be giving this store ANY of my business.
