  • Cute and tasty little Korean bingsoo place tucked in a not so popular plaza. Had I not already tried the amazing Snowtime, I might have given this place 5 stars. The place is clean and bright and the decor is very modern and cute. The snow is the kind I prefer - fluffy and light - vs the shaved chewy kinds. Though still good, the snow is not quite as fine as Snowtime and does not have a scoop of ice cream on top. While the lack of ice cream does make it less flavorful, it does give it a more refreshing feeling. We got the Injeolmi and a mango one to share. I like that the snow was just plain milk infused vs the ones made with artificial flavoring. They layer it with caramel sauce as the snow is made and then top it with almonds, soybean powder (personal fave), some Korean Jolly Pong bits that resemble Golden Crisp cereal, and small mochi pieces. The concoction was very good all together. The Jolly Pong really gave it crunch and excitement. Yet still, the mochi was the typical small stale-ish kind you find at frozen yogurt joints. All I could think of was the big soft mochi in the Snowtime bingsoo. We also had a mango flavored bingsoo which was very light and refreshing but was overshadowed when you eat the sweeter Injeolmi one alongside it. Overall, great and would come back when around the area.
