  • I have to admit I was adamant of trying Pablo Cheesetart at first because of the long lines and how overrated it was. I got to admit it was pretty tasty. Tasty to the point where I prefer it over Uncle Tetsu! The cake was light and the shell was so light. It was an absolute delight to eat; however, the price of the tart was a little bit too much for what it offered. I would definitely come again to bring friends or buy a tart for a special occasion but it was good one time dessert to try!
