  • I was experiencing problems starting my car and this place was recommended to me as a repair facility that was very experienced and did good work on VWs. However, they said my car wasn't experiencing any problems. I went to pick it up and they told me that they had to charge me something for the diagnostic testing and inspection of the vehicle that they supposedly did. I ended up paying almost $160 for them to tell me nothing was wrong even though that clearly wasn't the case. The problem ended up being a fuel pump that needed to be replaced. The reason I'm giving them two starts instead of one is because the service was polite and prompt and they didn't try to get me to pay for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. I was a little disappointed in their incompetence and the fact that they charged me for it. I guess that was more important than losing a customer for life. I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone looking to get anything beyond routine maintenance done to their vehicle.
