  • I don't know why all the bad reviews? I called 2x. Once to ask about samples and the 2nd time to ask for directions. Both times the people on the phone were very nice. Then, when I showed up, I thought I might feel a little discriminated based on the other reviews. A pregnant hispanic lady walking in with a 2 year old, I figured, "I'll be ignored. For sure." Not the case at all. I was helped by Jolynn. She grabbed my samples and checked me out. All while being super kind to my daughter. Then I went back downstairs where a gentleman led me to the dining chairs I am considering. Also super nice and playful to my little girl. So I don't know what's the deal with all the bad reviews but I had a pleasant 1st experience and will definitely be back to order my dining chairs soon.
