  • We come regularly and enjoy this place for well executed tapas and a fun, sophisticated ambiance. The truffle fries and sea bass with scallops are favorite dishes. I personally would pass on the tempura, heavily breaded. Don't bother with scotch, the pours here are paltry. You will be much happier if you order a cocktail or wine flight ( it is a wine bar, after all...) My favorite seating is either at the high top bench that overlooks the kitchen ( if you want to be entertained by watching the dishes being prepared) or the tables at the extreme right of the bar around the corner past the fireplace ( for a quieter spot ). Be warned... The entrance is in a strip mall and does not hint at all of the warm, energetic, classy interior. This is a convivial place to go with friends, or a few couples. A first date is probably not a good choice as the volume may keep you from getting to know each other. Leave the kids with a sitter, not a place for families with young kids. All in all, a fun, tasty, social, local restaurant which does not disappoint.
