  • Love the brand but the customer service is terrible. A girlfriend of mine and I walked in after enjoying a nice lunch at Brio to not be greeted but completely ignored by the sales associate. At the end of the day my money is green and can be spent elsewhere. Too bad Town Square. I will be sure to tell wrong I know as well about my experience.
