  • They are awful! I don't know if they have bad communication within their company, but we had to ask them to do something more than 3 times before it would actually get done. Such a strange concept, you have to ask them several times to do something, so you can give them money! Wow.... also, we were being way OVERCHARGED for the service they provided. After 3-4 months, we let Love Pool Care go. Bottom line: There HAS to be someone else you can call to save your time and money.
