  • 2 days in a row here. Both times...workers blah...no personality. Not friendly. Shouldn't be surprised though. Most baristas seemed to be this way. Wife mentioned it was her birthday. Asked if "do you do anything special for people on their birthday. Cashier said "no". That's it. No "happy birthday...have a great day" . Arrogance will be Starbucks demise...
