My partner and I both went in and got approved for ours but have been struggling to actually get communication rolling with these folks. We had to submit proof of awarded benefits for DHS and when we did the visit and application and paid over $500 they didn't tell us that they needed our FS approval letter to submit with the application to the state...... so it has now been 10 days and that wonderful "you'll have your card in seven to ten days" promise they made obviously hasn't been met. My recommendation is that they be a bit more upfront with applicants that are going to need to submit supplemental information. It's a bit frustrating to be out over $500 on a product I'm just now finding out I have to go to DES offices for and run around all over the place to handle for them just because they didn't communicate required documentation for speed of process. Really wish I'd shopped around and found one of the places with a better price, they had one job, they failed.
