Hello Good Afternoon, I replaced the rear window in a F250 at this location. I noticed the home office in Utah does not trust it's online quote system nor it's in store staff. It oversees the pricing of the repair. The online quote system they admit does not work for rear windows. The online quote was 150. The faught for price out the door was one hunderd dollars more. The sad thng is the workers are compitent and good at what they do. Understandable the company does not provide any pension or long term support to them. I would pay more if they provided how the workers get paid for the job and how much goes to them and how much to the company.Seems the company uses the worker up then discards them for a new hard worker. They waste your time with a staff of oversite workers in Utah and in the end the Nevada manager makes the best call after seeing I removed the bed rail system for the technition to gain access to the rear window. The 25 discount for online quote is not real. The online discount price quoted is what the local market charges.Until they get rid of Utah oversite, I would buy the rear window on line and install it yourself. It is straight forward, removal of the old glass and sealant then simply add sealant to the new window, rest on the bottom sill and press in place.
