  • I must admit I was a bit hesitant to book here over the weekend because it only had three stars. It definitely deserves more! I ended up booking here because we were staying at The Signature and I didn't want to go back outside in that cold weather haha. I called about 4:30pm and booked a 6pm Aroma Deep Stone massage. I was told to arrive about 30 minutes for a tour and to utilize the amenities. Gal on the phone sounded a little annoyed that I called but whatever; I was on a mission to get a massage. Walked down there about 5:30 and was greeted at the front. I paid (a 20% tip is automatically added "for your convenience" so be mindful) and was given a slip and told to walk down the hall, down the stairs, and to the women's spa. The gal at the spa attendant desk looked like she was completely over the day and was ready to go home. She didn't introduce herself; just took my slip, asked if I wanted coffeewaterteaorsoda (because that's how she said it) then asked what size shoe I needed. Alright....She came around with spa shoes and dove immediately into the tour which took about 3 minutes. She released me to my locker to undress. All guests are provided a very cushy robe and oversized towel. I had about 15 minutes so I decided to get in the jacuzzi. Clothing is OPTIONAL so I was a little daring and got in with a towel only lol (one day I'll be ballsy enough to fully commit!). About 8 minutes before my treatment time I went to the waiting area and relaxed on a chaise lounge. Right at 6pm I was called back by Valerie. She was very friendly and personable. She asked me a couple questions then had me choose my aromatherapy scent. I ended up choosing all of them because they smelled so good! She left me to take my robe off and lay down. She came back in and started. Aroma Deep Stone is a combination of aromatherapy, deep tissue massage and hot stone. It was PERFECT. She used the right amount of pressure and heat. I can't confirm if I started snoring or not and she didn't say anything either (to preserve my dignity I'm sure) but the treatment was wonderful. I should've paid for the 75 minutes because I didn't want it to end. I left there feeling light and relaxed. The facility itself is very relaxing. It wasn't loud at all and it had that "spa" smell and vibe. I went towards the end of the day but I believe you have access to the amenities all day when you book a service. The fitness center is located upstairs from the spa. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'm glad I got to treat myself!
