  • This was another location for one of my engineering management dinners and what a great time we had. For some reason everyone thought this was a chili dive and during the bus ride, I heard more wining than a day care. Once we got there, the ohhhs and ahhhhs commenced. Cowboy Ciao has a fun exterior set in the midst of a buzzing part of Scottsdale. Inside is even better. The food was inventive and very, very tasty. The wine "tour" we were served was excellent and each was paired with a portion of the meal with perfection.
