  • I recently moved to Charlotte and I was putting my son in school and I needed to change my address on my bank and one other document in order to register him. The customer service agent in the office Graham Todd was very helpful with my request and even went the extra mile helping me out I would have had to make two extra stops with a 5 yr. old. He was also very patient with him. This was my first experience of the southern hospitality! Thanks again. I would go back to him with any additional needs!
