For the love of all that is good... NEVER EVER use this online travel service. For whatever amount of money you are saving, it is not worth wasting your time/energy dealing with the absolutely terrible shit show of a company that FlightNetwork is.
My younger brother used them (thru Kayak) to save money for his flight back home to San Diego from Shanghai. I had never heard of them, but because of my bro's busy schedule and b/c I'm nice like that, I agreed to help him with scheduling an earlier flight back home.
He had already done the hard part - rescheduling the flights. But once that was said done, they never sent him a confirmation email stating his new flight information. That's where I stepped in to call them & get it figured out.
I called their customer number and I shit you not I was on hold for 60 straight minutes. After the 60 minutes the phone started ringing and I clearly heard someone pick up and there was noise in the background. AND THEN THEY HUNG UP.
I low-key lost it and started laughed maniacally while dialing them again. This time, someone PICKED UP IN 1 MINUTE.
I DON'T KNOW IF I'M MORE MAD AT THE FACT THAT I WAITED AN HOUR AND WAS HUNG UP ON.... OR THAT THE SECOND TIME SOMEONE ANSWERED IN LITERALLY 1 MINUTE? WHY WAS I ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR THE FIRST TIME.
It's 100% transparent that FlightNetwork does not give a flying shit about their customers. These guys are literally the Comcast of air travel. Please save your blood pressure level/sanity and do not use this travel website to book flights.
