  • The ONLY complaint I have is that the guy, figuring out how much money I would save with the new pump, took forever. That being said, the sales person, Michael Chung and the lead installer were super. The product is everything I could have hoped for. I wanted to see the water so it was not an option to put a cover on at night..and I like to run my waterfall all day and into the night...my pool is now swimmable starting in mid -March thru mid-October (I need 83+ to swim!). BTW... $42/ month in savings. I wanted 2-3 extra months and l easily got them. Before I bought, I read some bad reviews and I'm still wondering what happened because I would totally recommend them to you (and I'm picky). Update: I have gotten 3 months extra and if I could take water below 84 degrees would get an additional 2 months! I had a pump issue recently and two years later they were incredibly polite and came and have tried to resolve the issue, with not one complaint. It will need the manuf. to come and check, which Aaron saw to. This is a top flight company!! Professional!
