  • Horrible!! My tenants dreaded calling for any service repairs. I just found out these is a franchise. I question the owners ethics and integrity. I was informed my tenants were moving out. I had been nickle and dimed for every service. Therefore wanted a clear answer regarding additional close out fees. I was told there were none. Today, I picked up my keys and was told there were additional expenses of $422 for cancelling the service. After getting the run around from the staff and owner. I contacted HQ offices in Utah. I will never use them or refer them to anyone.
