  • I've been living here for a little over 2 years. I'll start by stating that the new property management company (Pinnacle) is infinitely better than the previous owner. Renovations to the buildings and parking lots have greatly improved the visual aesthetics. The staff is also friendlier. So far I have yet to have any negative experiences with them. But, there is a reason for the 3-star review. The new management company has apparently underestimated the need of functioning air-condition units in the apartments, and so far I have had 2 instances where my A/C unit failed to operate properly. It also seems that the management has only one HVAC-certified technician on staff, which quite frankly is creating a massive bottleneck in ensuring residents have fully functioning A/C units withing 24-48 hours of the units breaking down. I would like to continue living here, but I am seriously contemplating on whether or not to renew my lease later on this year as being able to live in an apartment with consistently functioning heating and cooling is very high on my list of priorities when it comes to having adequate living conditions. Note: I plan to update this review at least 30 days prior to my lease being up.
