  • Very surprised to visit the Chandler location just now to return an item I received from my birthday. I couldn't return it because I didn't have the purchasers credit card. I had the darn receipt and it was a gift.... why on earth would I have the other persons credit card. Terrible store policy and quite frankly unreasonable ... especially with the holidays approaching. I would not recommend buying a gift for someone there because if they don't need or want it, they can't return it so it might end up at Goodwill. Shame on a retailer for denying a return with a receipt. And no, I did not want your store credit!!
