I have a home warranty and therefore had to deal with these derelicts when my AC went kaput. Do yourself a favor and find out who else your home warranty company has for HVAC sub-contractors if you they try and stick you with these nitwits.
They won't respond in a timely fashion and when you do manage to talk to them it will be to tell you that it'll be 5 days before they can come out. 5 days without air in Phoenix in July and no phone call to let the customer know their schedule is completely unacceptable.
With this kind of customer service and their stellar "1 Star" yelp rating I'd be surprised if these dingbats have any business at all.
