  • This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I was drawn to it because of the low price and great location, however even that does not make it worth it. The complex is run down and the water gets shut off at least once a week for maintenance. The grounds are dirty and unkept. The actually apartments are out of date and the appliances are constantly breaking (I have had to put in at least one maintenance request every month for a broken appliance). My kitchen has flooded twice, and a pipe burst above my bathroom causing the ceiling to collapse in. Even worse than the complex itself is the management. They are rude, unresponsive, and unorganized. When you call to report a maintenance problem, they interrogate you and make it difficult to actually get the problem fixed. I could go on about this. There are constant noise disturbances and I have seen the cops come to the complex for domestic disputes 5 times during my stay. The price may seem appealing, but I guarantee it is not worth it. Do not make the same mistake I did and save yourself the headache.
