  • I've visited twice because they are close to my home. They ask you to sign in when you arrive, but they don't really have a good system to keep track of customers. The first time I went, they sent me and another customer to the back for a pedicure. The other customer arrived about 15 minutes after I did. They started working on her before me and took forever to get to me. I didn't make a big deal of it that time, but on my second visit, they started to do that again. This time, the other customer corrected them. I wasn't super impressed with my nails either. They were just okay.
