  • I've had a few subpar experiences from the Picture People overall in the past but what I've learned is that the specific photographer makes all the difference. This particular location has gone through several shall we say not the best staff in the studio, but I'm happy to report there's only one person who does photography inside the buybuybaby Scottsdale location now and she is fantastic! We've had several sessions with her and every single time she does what it takes to get my toddler to smile. She's also very helpful in picking photos and is totally non-pushy about what you should buy. In fact, she notified me of a package deal that saved me more than I would have had I ordered my typical pics. Rae is amazing! I'll be a customer of this location for as long as she is there.
