| - Definitely do not use. I started using this service after referred from the 51st/Thunderbird location and after a few times I was okay, but then I started realizing my clothes were coming back with deodorant still on the shirts. I thought it was just a one-time thing, but again and again, they weren't being cleaned in the armpit area! The final straw, and I mean the absolute final straw was me dropping off my husbands suit for a major meeting on Tuesday, so we dropped them off on a Monday BEFORE 9am. I spoke with the gal (hispanic gal) and she said, no problem they will be ready today after 4pm. I even told her she didn't have to have ALL of the dry cleaning I dropped off, just his suit.. she said, no problem, no problem. Well, 6:30pm rolls around and I pull through the drive through and the owner (he said he was anyways), tells me that my clothes are not ready and he has no record that I requested for the clothes to be ready same day. I was absolutely LIVID, I said what are you talking about? I had a full blown conversation with the girl in the morning, blah blah.. and he was like, sorry --- no help. He was an absolute a$$ really. So I said, if they're not clean, please just go get them as I will attempt to clean the suit myself otherwise, we were short on time to go and purchase my husband another suit before his Tuesday AM meeting. He again was an absolute jerk and was of no help. The owner then said that he would provide a discount, I kept saying, I don't want a discount, I just want my clothes. He then went onto to say and throw it in my face the "great deal" I was getting my clothes at since I was referred over from the other dry cleaners, I was just stunned how rude and arrogant he was being. Anyhow, I never received my clothes and ended up taking my husband to Burlington Coat Factor to get some suit pants and a shirt last minute that evening and showed back up the following day when he said my things would be ready (after 4 of course)... Are you ready for this? He starts telling me LITERALLY, that the girl said she never ever ever said anything to me about my clothes being ready the same day, furthermore, that I never asked her to have the clothes ready. He was directly telling me in a very aggressive way that I was lying, meanwhile MY kids are in the vehicle witnessing this moronic episode occur. I could not believe it! --It was a whole new day and this guy was still on some twisted high horse.. fast forward a few more minutes and he starts saying "and you want a discount, we cleaned your clothes, i don't owe you a discount".. I'm like, " wtf??? I didn't ASK for a discount, yesterday YOU were the one lamenting about providing a discount for the dissatisifaction"... he then says "No, I didn't.. you're trying to come into my company and ask for things free". I was just appalled, I became so angry as I couldn't believe what was occurring. Needless to say, he was holding my clothes hostage until I paid of course so the smart person I am, I paid with my AMEX and as I was driving from the drive thru, I immediately called AMEX to reject the purchase and told them the whole story and since I have been refunded the amount. Oh and he never provided ANY sort of discount, he actually charged his REGULAR prices ,not the typical discounted price I was accustomed to paying. Most horrible customer service experience I recall ever dealing with in my entire life, the most twisted series of events. I wish there was more I could do to get the word out on the absolute shady business practices of this cleaners. Buyers beware for sure.
