  • We have been taking out pets to VCA for years. The staff is always polite and eager to see the pets. This helps with their anxiety to be greeted by such friendly people. They really seem to understand that these are our four-legged babies and mean a lot to us. Their office is about 30 minutes away from our house and there are at least 7 other vet offices that are much closer to us, but we will always go the extra distance because of the care and attention our pets receive is top-notch. They do not overcharge like some other places we have been to. I am sad to see any negative ratings and comments for this facility and their awesome staff, techs, and vets. From what I can gather, some of the reviews are for the emergency hospital that is a few blocks north on Country Club from this VCA office. VCA is a national facility and even though they share the same name and are on the same street, they are two separate facilities. I hope that those who mistakenly posted on here about the emergency hospital change their postings to reflect the actual locations.
