We drove out of our normal dining circle to try this place out, and comparing it to what's already out here in Vegas, this place can stand up and out well on its own. The menu is quite big with a couple of regionalized specialties which we're all willing to try eventually but for our first visit we opted to try the barometer Filipino dishes like lechon kawali and dinuguan and both passed in spades--we even tried their pho--yes pho, and it was comparable to places specializing in it. Our server is pleasant and bubbly, she even suggested we try their Wednesday hotpot and kamayan nights. We'll definitely be back to expand our palettes.
