My daughter's guinea pig was really sick and old. I never thought I was the kind of person who would do anything for a rodent other than let it die of natural causes, but it was stressing us all out to watch it suffer and lose its fur, etc. When it started wheezing that was the last straw. We took the poor little thing to Fullwood for euthanasia, and they were very kind and helpful. I thought they were appropriately sympathetic and understanding and they gave us the option of staying with the piggie but my daughter decided no. So we waited and it didn't take long, and they brought us the body in a little box wrapped in the blanket my daughter had carried the pig in with. They were very sweet about the whole thing. I also thought the cost was reasonable and worth it.
