  • I had an appointment at Allergy and Dermatology Specialists yesterday and the experience was amazing. The check-in representative was extremely polite, efficient and professional. I was then greeted by the Medical Assistant, who I am sorry to say I don't remember her name, but she was outstanding. She was personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name as she was so great I wanted to give her recognition. I had arrived about an hour early as it was my first appointment with them and I wanted to have time to fill out the new patient information. After I finished the paperwork, which didn't take long at all, I was immediately taken back for the appointment even though I was so early. My appointment was with Dr. P. who is not only an amazing doctor he is so personable and fun. He quickly was able to determine what to do with my issue, had very modern equipment and explained everything he was doing to address my issue. I was very impressed with him and the modern and professional office. Dr. P. made the doctors visit so great you immediately forget that you have a medical issue. He takes care of the medical issue and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed so you are not worried. There is a reason why he gets all the 5 stars. You have to be great as a doctor and also relate to all the personalities of your patients. Dr. P. excels at both. Upon leaving I was greeted by the check-out representative who again was so kind, polite, efficient and professional. I know she is also the representative that helps with their phone calls and is so great and kind as well. I wanted to do a ZOCDOC review as well but I had called the office directly and had not set up the appointment with ZOCDOC so I was not able to do the review on their service. I was so amazed with the service I received I was telling neighbors about them last night and this morning. Living up by Piestewa Peak many of my neighbors are avid hikers and cyclists so everyone was saying I should probably get checked for skin cancer due to the daily sun exposure. After this visit I wouldn't go to anyone else. Sorry this was so lengthy but they deserve 100 stars. When you have an amazing Doctor and an outstanding staff you want to give them the credit they deserve.
