  • I went to Prova based on the reviews that I read.... BIGG disappointment. Every time she had an opportunity to knock me in the head she did~ while drying my hair in the towel, putting a styling product in my hair.. seriously EVERY time. Then she charged me more than what she had quoted on the phone. Despite the fact that I explained the color of my hair was the absolute lightest it should go she made it blonder! Again, a BIGG disappointment and I won't even tell you about the poor quality of the cut of my hair except that I've been trimming it myself since.... Maybe the salon as a whole is quality but not this contractor!
