  • I left this location once again so irritated at the lack of good customer service. Forget great that's never going to happen here and the only reason I come here is it is literally down the street from my home. I have never ever been treated like this in California. This location is really the worst on decent customer service. They took our order and 4 customers after us were served and left the store..I spoke up and the guy preparing barely apologized and the male manager never did apologize and when my husband asked about a comp for the treatment which we won't be using here...he laid a coupon for a small juice on the counter. Was he afraid to hand it to him? I am so damn frustrated with this location which has always treated folks of color different than the white customers and its so evident its disgusting. Okay so now I'm really irritated and so I will be calling your corporate office and filing a complaint with every agency I can. This is just ridiculous. You may think you can treat us differently but this is the last time I will go thru this at this location. This is 2017 and I'm not sitting down on this one.
