  • Liked living here. Loved the town home style apartments. The staff and maintenance were always polite and nice. Maintenance knew what they were doing and fast as far as response time when you put in a request. My only con would be is yes they remodeled these apartments and most of them look good ... however once you have lived there for a few weeks you can easily tell that these are older buildings and built very poorly. Also your electric bill will most likely be $200 and up ... the tiny air conditioning units they have are always on due to trying to cool down multiple floors and the building being poorly insulated making it work that much harder. I rarely heard mine shut off during the summer.
