The reviews that have anything more than one star is either false representation or they are too nice.
Let me start off with my first impression. I brought 4 people with me for a party of 5. I had booked a reservation with them weeks in advance. We show up and they had room for two people. The rest had to wait to be seated. Next, they will only take debit if you pay an extra 10%. For a purchase of 5 people that is INSANE!! I walked 6 blocks west to the bank to grab cash. Once I get back from getting cash we were all seated. The gentleman brought over foot baths to each manicure table. THEY DO NOT HAVE FOOT STATIONS. The vibrating baths had enough strength to vibrate the water. But not much else. The pedicures were shared between the staff members. One did the buffing. One did the nail bed trimming. One did the painting. And one did the moisturizing. The finger nails were messy on two people. One was shellac one was lacquer. Two others were ok looking. Both shellac. The fifth person had a French manicure. It was awful. The opaque skin colour was so sheer you could see the nail bed beneath the paint. The white paint was so thick that it was full of bubbles. And the staff left it like that. The top coat was streaky and left the nails rough. The staff once complete which two people were done almost 45 minutes after the first two started had charged for all five mani pedis with an up-charge for the shellacs done on the three hands. But had not told the person paying that there was an extra cost.
The five mani-pedis with tip cost $200. For the worst experience ever. I will never go back.
