  • Oyster me crazy!!!! I'm a huge Oyster fan and Hearthstone has some of the best oysters in Las Vegas. Wednesday they have $1 oysters and its one of my favorite days to come down here, also you can earn Station's Rewards on your Boarding Pass dining here, so don't forget to give them your card when closing out. They also have a great happy hour from 5-7 so get down here. I plan on doing the whole pig roast feast here soon so I'll update and add pics when I do. Employee's are friendly and service is always great even when their slammed, Jocelyn is my Favorite Bartender, she's a total Doll and makes such great cocktails. The kitchen staff you see behind the Raw Bar always have a smile on their face also however concerning the kitchen, sometimes depending on who's Shucking, it's only happened on Wednesdays I've gotten a huge amount of broken shell in my oysters but I know Shucking at easy expecially on Wednesday when they're a buck a shuck and every guest orders their own dozen, this has only happened a few times and it's hot that big if a deal but super annoying when you chomp down on shell. But that's been my only complaint on over 20 visits.
