  • Paris you are perfectly located on the strip. The famous restaurant venues like Mon Ami Gabi and Gordon Ramsey's steak are phenomenal. But you after 2,000 plus reviews have a 3 because you lack service and hospitality! I had made reservations last year through the trade show I was attending and your rate sold me at $99.a night. I stayed here several times before over the years so I thought I knew what I was expecting. Than a month ago you charge my corporate card for one night. For the 30 years I have travelled globally no one does that but you. I even called to see if it was credit card fraud. So after a delayed flight by two hours I get a snotty desk clerk with an attitude and NO king bed that I reserved. My friend checked in and out by the machines that you have got set up at check in and he got what he wanted. Sad fact that your staff are awful. On check out I get an person exact same cloned person as when I checked in. I questioned the bill and got a twilight zone answer of is this your first trip to Las Vegas? Well even though you have a clean hotel and great rates you can find me elsewhere next trip to Las Vegas. Life is too short to suffer and be belittled by your untrained staff.
