  • Angel Sweet is no longer in business. :( quite possibly the best gelato is no more. They've just been bought out (November 2012) by a large corporation which brought in their own recipes. The recipes they use now are artificial and the consistency is spotty and grainy. I'm currently enjoying my last tub of gelato from the original Angel Sweet and will not be returning again. I will still have fond memories, just like I have for Hostess products. :(
